Common Name: Monstera
Flower: Yes but rarely indoors
Features: Native to Central America, they’re famous for their natural leaf-holes called fenestrations. Also known as The Swiss Cheese Plant
Light: Bright to medium, indirect light.
Water: Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Expect to water more often in bright light and less often in lower light.
Temperature: Normal household temperature is good
Humidity: Normal room humidity will do, but they prefer humid conditions if possible.
Fertilizer: Monthly with a balanced houseplant fertilizer during spring and summer. Stop fertilizing in the fall and winter when it is no longer actively growing.
